Spicy Sriracha Shrimp Tacos Recipe

 

Ingredients:

For the Spicy Sriracha Shrimp:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro (for garnish)

For Assembling the Tacos:

  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • Sliced avocado
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Spicy Sriracha Shrimp:

  • In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, Sriracha sauce, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

2. Cook the Shrimp:

  • Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
