  • 1 can diced green chiles (7 ounces)
  • 1 pound diced, cooked chicken meat
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can white beans (15 ounces)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can chicken broth (14.5 ounces)
  • 2 ears fresh corn, kernels cut from cob
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander seed
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 can tomatillos, drained and chopped (18.75 ounces)
