Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of corkscrew-shaped pasta
- 3/4 cup of Italian-style salad dressing
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 cups of chopped, cooked rotisserie chicken
- 12 slices of crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
- 8 ounces of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of cubed Muenster cheese
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 1 cup of chopped green bell pepper
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- Cook the corkscrew-shaped pasta following the package instructions. Once it's done, drain and rinse it under cold water to cool it off.
- In a big mixing bowl, mix together the Italian-style salad dressing and mayonnaise.
- Now, add in the chopped rotisserie chicken, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, cubed Muenster cheese, chopped celery, chopped green bell pepper, and chopped avocado into the bowl with the dressing mixture.
- Gently toss all these yummy ingredients together until they're all nicely coated with the dressing.
- Once everything is well mixed, cover the bowl and pop it in the fridge for at least an hour to let all those flavors mingle.
